Waktu awal ngeblog di sekitar tahun 2003-an, ranah blog masih asli, sebuah ungkapan kadang malah cengengesan tak berkesan mendalam, tapi cukup mengikat bak keluarga di ranah maya. Blogger hadir dari sebuah letupan keakraban maya yang masih lagi mencari bentuknya. Hingga BlogFam terbentuk sebagai wadah lepasan ajang komunikasi para Blogger. Kopi darat kerap tak terhindarkan, hadir ungkapkan figur.

Kini, melihat perjalanan blog makin jelas terarah, Blog tak lagi cengengesan. Serius? Blog services pun makin komplit dan spesial. Para Blogger makin riuh. Blog tak lagi milik orang-orang biasa. Tak ada lagi sembunyi, anonymous. Para pakar, selebritis bahkan ilmuwan pun butuh mematurbasikan pikiran. Akhirnya… Makin menggincu, bahkan vulgar. Inikah peradaban baru Blog? Seperti sebuah peradaban, harus ada yang tertelan zamannya, bukan?
